SPAIN AND PORTUGAL PENINSULAR
Shipments to Spain and mainland Portugal equal to or greater than 150 euros will have free freight.
All shipments to Spain and mainland Portugal of less than 150 euros, whatever their weight cost 8o

Balearic

Shipments to the Balearic Islands whatever their weight will cost 20 euros. Orders equal to or greater than 1000 euros will have free shipping.

EUROPA
Shipments to the countries of Europe scheduled on our website excluding Spain have a cost of 25 euros. Orders equal to or greater than 1000 euros will have free shipping.

CANARIAS
We regret that we are not able to offer shipping to the Canary Islands, sorry for the inconvenience.

How long does my order take?

The estimated delivery time usually ranges from 5-7 business days. Although a high percentage of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of their completion if all products are currently in stock.
They will be taken into account as non-working days Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and holidays in the province of Alicante.

For orders outside Spain shipping time can be increased by up to 10 business days.

Through which company are my orders shipped?

We ship our packages to Spain and mainland Portugal through the transport agency Correos Express.
Orders directed outside Spain and Islands can travel depending on volume with Correos Express, DHL or UPS

My payment has been declined What should I do?

Return Policy

It is essential that when an order is received it is checked that the packages listed in the order have arrived correctly. If not, you must write it on the receipt. In this way, the agency will be able to manage an incident opening.

At the time of the review of the products, each of the references will have to be verified and, if they do not comply with the quantity or status of the product, a claim will have to be made within a maximum of 2 days from receipt of the order.

In no case, in Pawradise we make any return or exchange for a matter of conviction with the purchased product or taste in the case of wholesale purchases.

I got the order but there's an erroneous product

We put a lot of care and care into every order we prepare, but we’re also wrong. If you have received your order without a product, please let us know by email pawradiseboutique@gmail.com before 24 hours after receipt of your order. If we have made a mistake in a product we will replace it at no additional cost to you although you must send us in perfect condition the one that we have sent you incorrectly, since we must put it up for sale again.
